No, there are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product is the final price and is inclusive of all the taxes and you would not be asked to pay any more than that.

We have tied up with CCAvenue, a reputed payment gateway, which provides secure, encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and Net Banking transactions. All payments are directly processed though the payment gateway and we do not store or have access to any bank/card information of the user. The banks use a two-step authentication and 3D Secure password service for all online transaction as an additional layer of security.

As per Government regulations it is mandatory to levy tax on all products, the tax will be levied as per the category specified by the concerned government authorities.

Concerned Taxation department of the state has categorized products and has a fixed tax percentage to be levied on the product. Same will be charged to you depending on the state you are in.

Shipping & Tracking

Before adding a product to the cart, you will be required to enter your pin code and if the pin code is not serviceable, the Website will let you know. FYI, we are trying our best to deliver across the country.

You can track the status of your order on ‘Track Orders’ under ‘My Orders’. Once the order is shipped the ‘Track Order’ page will provide a link to our delivery agent’s (courier company) website consignment status page, which will show the location of your shipment and the expected delivery date.

It typically takes around 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, in case of metro and tier 1 cities. For all other cities and towns, it may take around 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. For any remote areas, it may take 10 to 12 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.

We don’t deliver internationally for time being. We are working on it and will be available very soon.

A SMS with the delivery details will be sent to you. Unfortunately, you cannot choose the preferred courier carrier as we ship it through the best possible carrier from multiple shipping partners helping us deliver your product to you as soon as possible.

The courier company will make three attempts to make the delivery. Yet if it is not delivered write to us at reachus@ and we will have your product delivered.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping the order is possible during checkout at an additional cost. We also provide you an option to enter a custom message on selection of ‘Gift Wrap’ option. If no message is chosen, by default we would mention ‘Best Wishes’.

Yes, it is mandatory as per government regulations for all shipments to have an invoice.

The buyer or the designated receiver both can return the gift, however the “initiate return” has to be done by the original buyer.


Yes, an order can be modified in part or whole, before the original order is shipped. To modify an order, write to us at namaste@ within 24 hours of placing the original order and we will promptly get back to you. Another option is to cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new order.

Yes, you can opt for an Express delivery option in the delivery options. This service is available at an additional shipping cost.

Unfortunately, at this point of time we do not have the infrastructure to do so.

Cancellation, Modification, Returns & Exchange

You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes can be made only before the product is shipped. However, kindly ensure that you have entered the correct address at the time of placing the order. In order to make the required changes please email us at namaste@

We allow the customer to replace the product if (a) wrong product has been delivered; (b) product delivered if defective; (c) mismatch in the size of the product.

Go to ‘My Order’, select the order you want to replace and click on ‘Initiate Return’. Our customer care will verify your request and send you an email confirming the return. On confirmation, our courier folks will pick up the product and post quality check and inspection, necessary steps will be taken to initiate the replacement.

Return or replacement can be initiated strictly within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will not accept requests for return or replacement beyond the aforesaid period.

We do not expect you to pack the products exactly the way it was delivered (we understand that the same is not possible). However, we request you to return the product in the same packaging as received, to the extent possible. Further, you will have to ensure that the tags/labels or seals have not been tampered with. We will not accept the returns if the tags have been removed or tampered with.

Where more than one product has been placed in a single order, we will let you return a part of the order if; (a) wrong product has been delivered; (b) product delivered if defective; (c) mismatch in the size of the product. However, we do not accept returns where the product is a combo (eg: free gifts, buy one get one free etc ).

Any freebies that you might have received with the product needs to be returned along with the product.

Once you have made a return or replacement request, our customer support team will start working on your request. It typically takes around 2-3 business days to accept the request and another 7-8 days for the pick-up of the product (depending on the location). In case of replacement, the replaced product would be shipped only after the receipt of the returned product at our facility.

You may request for “cancel return” within 24 hours of placing an ‘initiate return”.

Once we have received the product at our facility and it has passed the necessary quality checks, we will initiate the refund. It might take around 10 working days to complete the refund.

The refund would be made to your wallets in case the payment was made through your wallets. In case of the payments made through credit card and debit card an Electronic Gift Voucher will be provided of the respective amount. In case of the payments made through COD an Electronic Gift Voucher will be provided of the respective amount. The same will be communicated to you from our customer support team.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

We will send you an email and a SMS on initiation of your refund. Your refund should reach you within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank of transaction.

An order can be only cancelled before it has been shipped. Post shipment our standard return policy will be applicable.
